AUTHOR OF NEW & ANCIENT JUSTICE

David Boyer Wiley is an Ohio native and has always lived and worked there.

As a young teen, he worked for a small business that served academic and industrial research communities in organic chemistry. During the seventies, David was part of the Jesus movement. Along with other evangelistic work, he helped to start a church in Columbus, and, in the eighties, he assisted in starting another church in Coshocton, Ohio, serving as one of several lay pastors.

In 1981, David cofounded a custom manufacturing business with his parents and brother, now called Wiley Companies, and he currently serves there as chief technology officer and chairman.

He has been married for fifty-two years to his wife, Patricia. Together, they raised and homeschooled six children and now have thirteen grandchildren.

David remains a committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. His special interest is to show how obedience to God’s law overcomes tyranny and ensures liberty and justice for all.

“People should have faith that if they obey God, do justice, and love their neighbors, their future social experience will be blessed. Doing justice by God’s law will heal the social, political, and economic ills that perplex us today.”

—David Boyer Wiley

Scott Craig Mooney is the author of six books and numerous essays, articles, and reviews, covering a variety of topics, including theology, philosophy, history, economics, politics, science, and social commentary.

“The man of faith does not evaluate whether it is practical for him to keep God’s law in terms of convenience or expediency. He holds expediency to be defined by God’s law, and disciplines himself to esteem convenience in terms of what the law requires.”
